Most engagements begin with a 30-minute discovery call to scope the work. From there we send a written proposal with a fixed phase one (usually a paid discovery sprint) and a clear go/no-go gate before any long-term commitment.

## Do you work on a fixed-price basis or time and materials?

Both. Discovery and well-scoped builds are fixed-price so you know what you are signing up for. Ongoing platform work and managed services are billed on monthly retainers with transparent reporting.

## Where is your team based?
