WyoCS Global Inc. Established; Product Transfer Planned
WyoCS Global Inc. is officially established. WyoCS plans a product transfer as Wyoming Cloud Solutions LLC retains licensing and expands into music.

The announcement also introduces a specialized department within Wyoming Cloud Solutions LLC for music creation and digital distribution. Together, these developments define distinct roles for the two companies across the WyoCS technology and creative ecosystem.
A new company for the WyoCS product portfolio
The planned transfer will bring all WyoCS products under WyoCS Global Inc. The company has been established, but the product transfer is a forthcoming step. This announcement does not state that the transfer has already been completed.
Establishing the company and transferring the products are separate milestones. Further updates will describe the transition as it progresses, including any product-specific information relevant to customers and users.
Wyoming Cloud Solutions LLC retains a distinct role
Wyoming Cloud Solutions LLC will remain part of WyoCS, with responsibilities separate from the planned product role of WyoCS Global Inc. Its continuing activities will include:
- Distribution of the software licenses created within WyoCS.
- WyoCS projects other than the development of software solutions.
- Music creation and digital distribution through its newly established specialized department.
The two company names are not interchangeable. The planned product transfer to WyoCS Global Inc. does not mean that Wyoming Cloud Solutions LLC is closing or that its remaining activities are being discontinued.
A specialized music department within Wyoming Cloud Solutions LLC
Wyoming Cloud Solutions LLC has established a department dedicated to creating music and distributing releases through digital music and social platforms using DistroKid.
DistroKid's supported destinations include Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, TIDAL, Pandora, iHeartRadio, and Qobuz. Its distribution options also cover social destinations such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, alongside regional services including JioSaavn, Anghami, Boomplay, NetEase, and Tencent's music services.
These are distribution destinations, not a claim of direct commercial partnerships or endorsement by the platforms. Availability depends on the destinations selected for each release, platform acceptance, applicable territories, and service requirements. The department's creation does not mean that every release is already available on every service.
