WYOCS service

UI/UX and Brand Design
for business systems.

WYOCS UI/UX and brand design turns product requirements and brand context into accessible user journeys, reusable interface systems and implementation-ready design assets.

01 / Who it is for

When UI/UX and Brand Design is relevant.

Logos, design systems, landing pages and product UI that look great and ship well. Figma to production, no broken handoff.

  • Product teams clarifying a new or existing user experience
  • Businesses aligning a website, application and visual identity
  • Engineering teams that need an implementation-ready design system
02 / Service scope

What the work can include.

The final scope is defined in a written proposal and Statement of Work. The items below describe the real capabilities covered by this WYOCS service, not a fixed package.

01

User journeys, information architecture and interface prototypes

02

Responsive product UI for mobile and desktop use

03

Design tokens, reusable components and interaction states

04

Brand identity, landing-page and supporting visual assets where required

05

Accessible specifications and close design-to-development handoff

03 / Delivery process

How WYOCS moves from question to production.

Each phase produces a concrete output that can be reviewed before the next commitment.

  1. 01

    Discover

Clarify the workflow, current systems, constraints, risks and desired outcome.

  2. 02

    Architect

Define the implementation path, milestones, target stack and documented trade-offs.

  3. 03

    Build

Deliver working software or infrastructure against agreed acceptance criteria.

  4. 04

    Operate

Provide monitoring and support, or complete a documented handover to the internal team.

A focused interface improvement or a complete design system?

A focused review is useful when a few customer journeys create most of the friction. A shared design system becomes more valuable when multiple screens, products or teams repeatedly solve the same interface problems. Establish the users, tasks and implementation constraints before deciding how much visual redesign is needed.

Deliverables to agree in the proposal

  • User flows and a screen inventory including loading, empty, error and success states.
  • Responsive layouts with reusable components, typography, spacing and interaction rules.
  • A reviewable prototype and handoff notes connected to the implementation scope.

How to review the result

  • Walk through the main tasks with representative users or stakeholders.
  • Review focus order, labels, contrast and error recovery in the implemented interface.
  • Verify that reusable components behave consistently across relevant screen widths.

What affects cost and timing?

The number of distinct journeys and component states affects effort more than the number of decorative variations. Research access, existing brand assets and the required handoff format should be established early.

04 / Technology

The stack follows the problem.

WYOCS works with existing systems where practical and selects technology around the delivery, operational and maintenance requirements.

05 / Questions

Before a first conversation.

What is included in a design handoff?

The scope can include user flows, responsive layouts, reusable components, design tokens and interaction states. Agree on the required files and review checkpoints so an engineering team can implement and test the design.

Can you improve an interface without replacing the brand?

Yes. An interface review can focus on navigation, forms, readability, spacing and accessibility while retaining existing brand assets. A full visual identity project is a separate decision.

Does a prototype prove that a product is accessible?

No. A prototype helps review flows and design choices, but the implemented product also needs keyboard, screen reader, contrast and responsive testing. Any certification or formal audit requires a separately defined scope.
