WYOCS service

Cloud and DevOps
for business systems.

WYOCS cloud and DevOps services help teams design, deploy, observe and operate software on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud with documented automation and production controls.

01 / Who it is for

When Cloud and DevOps is relevant.

AWS, Azure and GCP architecture, deployment automation, CI/CD, monitoring and resilient hosting. Your site or app stays up and costs less to run.

  • Teams moving a service into a managed cloud environment
  • Companies improving reliability, deployment speed or operational visibility
  • Product teams that need senior support for production infrastructure
02 / Service scope

What the work can include.

The final scope is defined in a written proposal and Statement of Work. The items below describe the real capabilities covered by this WYOCS service, not a fixed package.

01

Cloud architecture, environment review and migration planning

02

CI/CD, deployment automation and infrastructure configuration

03

Monitoring, logging, alerting and operational runbooks

04

Reliability, scaling, backup and recovery design

05

Managed operations or a documented handover to the internal team

03 / Delivery process

How WYOCS moves from question to production.

Each phase produces a concrete output that can be reviewed before the next commitment.

  1. 01

    Discover

Clarify the workflow, current systems, constraints, risks and desired outcome.

  2. 02

    Architect

Define the implementation path, milestones, target stack and documented trade-offs.

  3. 03

    Build

Deliver working software or infrastructure against agreed acceptance criteria.

  4. 04

    Operate

Provide monitoring and support, or complete a documented handover to the internal team.

Optimize the current cloud setup or migrate?

A migration is not always necessary to improve reliability or control costs. First examine workload utilization, deployment failures, recovery gaps and access boundaries. Moving providers makes more sense when the current environment cannot meet a documented requirement or when the full cost of change has a defensible business case.

Deliverables to agree in the proposal

  • A workload and dependency inventory with access, backup and recovery requirements.
  • A proposed architecture and deployment workflow with explicit operating responsibilities.
  • Runbooks for monitoring, incident response, restoration and agreed migration steps.

How to review the result

  • Restore a backup into a separate environment and validate the recovered application.
  • Exercise a deployment rollback and check data compatibility across versions.
  • Confirm that monitoring detects a representative failure and reaches the agreed responder.

What affects cost and timing?

Workload size, data transfer, current automation, recovery objectives and support coverage shape the estimate. Compare migration effort and ongoing provider consumption, including costs that remain outside the managed service.

04 / Technology

The stack follows the problem.

WYOCS works with existing systems where practical and selects technology around the delivery, operational and maintenance requirements.

  • Migration from office servers or shared hosting to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
  • Backups, monitoring and recovery plans that are tested
  • Managed operations or handover to an existing IT partner
05 / Questions

Before a first conversation.

What should we provide for a cloud assessment?

Start with an inventory of workloads, hosting providers, dependencies, traffic patterns and current costs. Include recovery objectives and access constraints. Share credentials only through an agreed secure channel, not a public contact form.

Can a migration avoid interrupting the business?

A phased migration can reduce disruption, but zero downtime cannot be assumed. The plan should define backups, test restores, data synchronization, a maintenance window when needed and a rollback decision before cutover.

Are cloud provider bills and round-the-clock support included?

Provider consumption, licensing and managed support are separate scope items unless the proposal says otherwise. Coverage hours, response targets and operational responsibilities must be agreed explicitly.
