WyoCS TelecomAmerican EnglishVersion 1.0

These Terms of Service govern WyoCS Telecom subscriptions and related communications products, including browser-based website calling, VoIP and SIP connectivity, hosted PBX, virtual telephone numbers, number porting, messaging, mobile-data eSIM products, integrations, and optional communications features.

Effective date: November 1, 2026. Version: 1.0. These Terms apply when incorporated into your order or otherwise validly accepted. Publishing this version does not, by itself, amend a previously signed agreement without the notice or agreement required by that agreement and applicable law.

1. Provider, distributor, and contracting entity

WyoCS Global Inc., a corporation organized in Wyoming, United States, Wyoming registration number 2026-002104001, operates the WyoCS Telecom platform. WyoCS Global Inc. is the default Telecom service provider unless your order expressly identifies a different contracting seller. Legal, support, privacy, billing, and abuse inquiries may be directed to support@wyocs.org.

WyoCS Global Inc. mailing address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

Wyoming Cloud Solutions LLC, Wyoming registration number 2026-001951042, with mailing address 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, may distribute, resell, bill for, or support these products under arrangements with WyoCS Global Inc.

Your order must identify whether Wyoming Cloud Solutions LLC acts as an authorized agent for the identified provider or as a contracting reseller in its own name. It must also identify the seller, billing entity, applicable service, and required customer-facing contact details before a paid commitment. An invoice from a payment or billing agent does not, by itself, transfer your contract to another company. An independent reseller remains responsible for the obligations it undertakes as seller, while WyoCS Global Inc. remains responsible for its own platform and legal obligations.

“We,” “us,” and “our” mean the contracting WyoCS entity for the relevant obligation, or WyoCS Global Inc. where the context concerns platform operation. “You” and “customer” mean the subscriber or organization entering the order. “Authorized users” include staff and others you allow to use your account. “Caller” means a person making or receiving a communication, whether or not that person holds a WyoCS account. “Partners” include telecommunications, numbering, mobile-network, infrastructure, and technology providers used to deliver a service.

2. Contract documents and acceptance

The agreement consists of the accepted order, any signed service agreement, product or country-specific disclosures provided before purchase, these Terms, and any applicable data processing agreement. A signed agreement or specific order provision prevails over a conflicting general provision of these Terms. A data processing agreement controls a conflict about processing on a customer's behalf. Mandatory law prevails in every case.

An order may be accepted through an identified electronic acceptance process or an authorized signature. You must have the legal capacity to contract and authority to bind an organization you represent. A website visit, a microphone-permission prompt, or an unsolicited reference to these Terms does not alone establish a paid subscription, consent to marketing, or a waiver of mandatory rights.

We provide material pricing, renewal, service limitations, and any required contract summary before you commit. A quotation is not an activation guarantee. Number availability, verification, network eligibility, and required approvals may need to be confirmed before an order can be accepted or provisioned.

3. Products, territories, and lawful availability

A product is supplied only if it is actually offered and accepted in your order. A description of possible products in these Terms does not represent that every product, destination, number type, carrier feature, AI function, or country is currently available. We may use our own platform together with services supplied through partners.

Service availability can depend on your location, the end user's location, local presence or address requirements, permitted use, device compatibility, network support, sanctions, export restrictions, and the authority of the relevant seller or partner to supply the service. We may decline or limit an order where lawful service cannot be established. Neither United States incorporation nor an agreement within our group replaces a license, notification, registration, numbering right, or other permission required for a particular activity.

Any material partner or country restriction affecting the ordered service must be disclosed in the relevant order or service information. A partner's undisclosed commercial terms do not automatically bind you or displace a mandatory obligation owed by your seller.

4. Subscriber verification and number eligibility

You must provide accurate subscriber, business, billing, authorized-user, and service-location information and keep it current. Certain numbers and networks require identity documents, corporate records, proof of address, a description of use, local presence, or the identification of the actual end user. You authorize lawful verification and transmission of the necessary information to the partner or authority responsible for the relevant requirement.

We may postpone activation, request updated evidence, restrict an affected function, or discontinue a service where eligibility cannot lawfully be maintained. We will explain the requirement and allow a reasonable opportunity to respond where practicable and legally permitted. Verification does not guarantee that a third-party website, bank, messaging service, or other organization will accept your number.

Do not submit another person's identity, misrepresent an end user, or use a number to evade a geographic, identity, or fraud restriction. Use the secure submission method we specify for necessary documents, rather than sending unnecessary documents or secrets in ordinary email.

5. Account administration and security

You control your authorized users and are responsible for appropriate account, extension, SIP, API, device, and website-domain security. Protect credentials and eSIM activation information, use available access controls, revoke access when staff leave, and report suspected compromise promptly. An API key or a calling-widget identifier must be used only for the functions and domains for which it is authorized.

We may apply spending, destination, session, concurrency, verification, and abuse limits. You must not bypass them. A limit or an account balance is not a guarantee that every unauthorized call or delayed carrier charge will be stopped before it occurs. You are responsible for authorized use and charges properly attributable to your account, subject to our own breach, a verified billing error, applicable fraud protections, and other mandatory rights. We do not make you automatically responsible for losses caused by our own failure to meet an applicable duty.

6. Website calling and visitor-facing widgets

A browser calling widget connects a visitor to the business identified in that widget, using its configured routing, users, business hours, queue, and availability. It is not a promise that a person will answer. You, as the subscribing website operator, must have authority to install the widget and must keep its displayed business identity and privacy information accurate.

A visitor needs a compatible browser, microphone access, and a suitable internet connection. Closing the calling window, revoking access, losing connectivity, or restrictions on the visitor's device can interrupt the call. Website or widget status indicators are operational information, not a separate availability guarantee.

Where the widget is advertised as a free online call, the visitor is not charged a WyoCS call or subscription fee merely for requesting that call unless a different charge has been clearly disclosed and validly accepted in advance. The visitor's own internet, roaming, or mobile-data charges may apply. The subscribing business may incur platform, forwarding, or network charges under its order.

Using a call button requests that communication. It does not authorize unrelated promotional calls, activate a paid add-on, purchase a telephone number, or consent to recording merely because the browser permits microphone access. The business remains responsible for its own communications and customer relationship, and WyoCS remains responsible for the processing and platform activities it controls.

7. VoIP, SIP, PBX, and call routing

The order defines the extensions, users, trunks, destinations, features, concurrent sessions, usage allowances, and technical dependencies included in your service. Internal calls, incoming calls, outgoing calls, call forwarding, transfers, toll-free termination, and external legs can have different charges and limits. A call that is forwarded or bridged can create more than one chargeable leg.

Connection and audio quality can depend on internet access, power, endpoint configuration, firewalls, codecs, carriers, congestion, and destination networks. We do not guarantee that a displayed caller ID will be presented unchanged or accepted on every network. Conferencing, queues, IVR, voicemail, call tracking, CRM features, and integrations are included only where specified.

Do not route public telephone traffic into or out of a trunk, resell access, operate a call-through service, or use a number through an unauthorized network unless the relevant arrangement permits it. You must not forge caller ID, misuse another person's number, interfere with emergency routing, or bypass lawful traceability and identity requirements.

8. Emergency communications and service limitations

A website “Call now” button is for contacting the displayed business. Do not use that widget to seek emergency assistance. Contact emergency services directly using an appropriate available telephone service.

For an ordered telephone service, emergency-calling support is service-, country-, number-, location-, and configuration-specific. We must provide a clear description of the applicable capability and limitations before activation. Do not assume that a virtual number, data-only eSIM, extension, browser client, SMS function, or an ordinary international route supports emergency calls or automatically supplies your location.

Where applicable law requires emergency calling, location information, accessibility, notices, acknowledgments, or other public-safety measures, the responsible provider must meet those requirements. These Terms do not waive them, allow a customer to opt out of a mandatory emergency capability, or excuse noncompliance merely because a partner supplies part of the service. A service requiring such measures must not be activated as a compliant replacement telephone service until the necessary arrangements are in place.

For a service with supported emergency calling, provide and maintain the required accurate location information, update it when the device or user moves, inform authorized users of the limitations, and follow the activation instructions. A number's country code, IP-derived country, billing address, or a VPN indicator is not a substitute for a required service-location record.

Power or internet failure, endpoint relocation, device settings, and network faults can limit availability. Maintain an alternative method of contacting emergency services appropriate to your circumstances. Any limitation, liability allocation, or suspension elsewhere in these Terms is subject to mandatory emergency-service and public-safety law.

9. Virtual, geographic, mobile, and toll-free numbers

Ordering or “buying” a telephone number generally grants a right to use an assigned number for the paid service period, subject to the relevant numbering rules and your order. It does not transfer ownership of a public numbering resource. Setup fees, recurring fees, minimum terms, documentation requirements, supported call or message capabilities, and permissible use vary by number and territory.

Keep the service active and meet any required renewal or funding obligations. We disclose the applicable suspension, grace, cancellation, and potential reassignment rules. If a number is lost or reassigned, recovery may be impossible. We do not impose an undisclosed universal grace period or promise a number can always be restored.

Number use may be changed or restricted where law, a numbering authority, or a carrier lawfully requires it. We give notice and reasonable assistance where practicable, subject to urgent legal or security needs. We preserve applicable portability, notice, refund, and other statutory rights. A local-looking number does not establish a physical business presence or a right to represent that you are locally established.

Toll-free calling can be free to the caller only within the networks and territories supporting that feature; restrictions and alternative charges must be disclosed. The subscriber may pay for inbound traffic. Number availability does not guarantee SMS, short-code, premium-rate, international, verification-code, or third-party registration support.

10. Number porting and transfers

Porting depends on the number, territory, participating providers, accurate ownership and account information, and any required authorization. You authorize only a transfer you are entitled to request. Keep the existing service active until a transfer has been confirmed, unless instructed otherwise through a lawful process.

We provide applicable porting information, cooperate with valid transfers, and comply with mandatory timing, notice, continuity, and post-termination portability requirements. Estimates do not guarantee that another provider will approve a request at a particular time. We may reject an invalid or unauthorized request and explain how to correct it where permitted.

Cancellation and porting are separate processes unless the relevant rules or order make them part of a combined transfer. A debt dispute does not remove a portability right that applicable law protects. Request porting and any necessary data export before a service or number is finally released.

11. eSIM and mobile-data packages

An eSIM product provides the connectivity expressly described in its package. A data-only eSIM does not include a conventional mobile telephone number, native cellular voice calls, or native SMS unless the order expressly says otherwise. Using a VoIP app over mobile data is a separate function and may use a separate subscription, telephone number, and call allowance.

Before purchase, review the supported devices, carrier-lock and eSIM capability requirements, destinations, participating networks, allowance, speed or fair-use conditions, activation trigger, validity period, and any top-up or reuse rules. Installing a profile, first connecting to an eligible network, or another disclosed event may start the validity period. The particular trigger must be stated for the package.

Safeguard QR codes and activation credentials. A profile may be limited to a permitted device or installation. Deleting a profile, changing devices, exhausting data, or reaching expiry does not automatically create a right to reinstall it or receive a new allowance. Contact support before deleting or replacing a profile where reuse is uncertain.

Coverage and speed vary with location, network conditions, device support, local restrictions, and the selected package. “Unlimited” describes only the disclosed allowance and fair-use conditions; it is not a promise of unlimited speed, tethering, every network, or every type of traffic. A data package does not grant immigration, local-presence, or other rights unrelated to connectivity. Refunds and withdrawal rights are governed by Section 18 and applicable law, not by a blanket statement that all activated eSIMs are nonrefundable.

12. SMS, messaging, fax, and number-information features

Messaging and fax products are available only where ordered and supported. Message segments, encoding, length, attachments, delivery reports, destinations, sender identifiers, and inbound or outbound capabilities can affect charges and delivery. A submitted, accepted, queued, or carrier-delivered status does not necessarily prove that a person read a message or received a fax correctly.

Short codes, verification codes, bank or platform registrations, and particular sender IDs may not be supported. We do not guarantee successful third-party account verification. Do not use temporary or misleading numbers to evade another service's lawful rules.

Number-information or HLR-type checks, where offered, may return network or capability information. A result can be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable and does not establish consent to contact that number or identify its current user. You must have a lawful purpose and authority for the query and subsequent use. Protect fax and message content appropriately, especially when it contains sensitive information.

13. Optional paid recording, AI, transcription, and integrations

Recording, AI operators, transcription, summaries, speech analytics, and similar advanced features are additional paid options where offered. They require an order and deliberate activation. Fees may depend on minutes, requests, storage, users, model use, or other disclosed units. A standard voice subscription does not automatically include or activate them.

You must establish a lawful basis, give clear advance notices, obtain legally required participant consent, and satisfy applicable employee-monitoring or communications-confidentiality rules before using those features. Browser microphone permission and your own subscription acceptance do not substitute for another person's required consent. If the required notice or consent cannot be obtained, do not enable that processing for the affected communication.

Clearly identify an AI interaction when required and do not use an AI agent or synthetic voice to impersonate someone, mislead a caller, or conceal a legally material fact. AI outputs, transcripts, translations, and sentiment or quality scores can be wrong. Review them before acting, and provide appropriate human oversight. These tools are not a verified professional, emergency, medical, legal, credit, employment, or other high-impact decision service.

Content may be processed by the technology partners needed for an enabled function under the relevant disclosures and agreements. There is no general guarantee that every model or feature has the same regional hosting, retention, training, accuracy, or confidentiality terms. A CRM connection, webhook, API credential, or authorized AI action gives only the access and action authority explicitly configured. Do not grant an integration broader permissions than necessary.

14. Lawful communications and acceptable use

You must comply with applicable telecommunications, privacy, recording, marketing, consumer, sanctions, export, and intellectual-property requirements. In particular, you must not:

  • conduct fraud, scams, phishing, unlawful harassment, threats, stalking, or unlawful interception;
  • send unlawful spam, robocalls, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls, texts, or faxes, or bypass consent, identification, calling-hour, suppression-list, or opt-out requirements;
  • spoof an unauthorized identity, manipulate caller ID unlawfully, misrepresent a government body, or clone a voice without the necessary rights and permissions;
  • access accounts, call content, numbers, network resources, or customer information without authority;
  • attack systems, introduce malware, flood call queues, generate artificial or fraudulent traffic, engage in toll fraud, or circumvent service limits;
  • use verification documents, eSIM profiles, telephone numbers, or credentials belonging to someone else without lawful authority;
  • resell, sublease, share public access, or route third-party carrier traffic unless specifically authorized by the relevant agreement; or
  • use the service for an illegal purpose, prohibited destination, or activity that the relevant provider is not authorized to support.

Maintain the legally required evidence of consent, permissions, caller identity, and opt-outs for your campaigns. Honor a valid stop request promptly. An inbound inquiry or a number-information query is not blanket consent to future marketing. If you are authorized to resell or deploy a white-label service, you must provide accurate end-user information, equivalent protections, and required upstream compliance without misrepresenting the responsible provider.

15. Pricing, metering, and charges

Your order and the applicable tariff identify the currency, taxes, setup and recurring charges, included allowances, destination rates, billing increments and rounding, minimum charges, storage or AI fees, and other material conditions. Rates can differ for fixed, mobile, premium, special, or forwarded destinations even within one country. Network classification and actual routing may affect rating.

We calculate usage from service records and provide reasonably available supporting information for a disputed charge. Contact support promptly with the relevant account, invoice, date, and disputed amount. A stated dispute window does not eliminate a statutory claim or make an erroneous charge valid. Pay undisputed amounts when due.

A quoted partner price, a wholesale rate, a demonstration, or an estimated saving does not establish your retail price. Charges or regulatory surcharges must not be represented as a government-imposed amount unless that description is accurate. Any exchange rate or currency-conversion charge affecting your payment must be disclosed as required for the transaction.

16. Balances, payment authorization, and renewals

A service may be prepaid, subscription-based, usage-based, or supplied on agreed credit terms. Your order states the model. A prepaid account needs enough available funds for the relevant activation, renewal, or consumption. Available credit, if any, is not a permanent commitment to lend or continue service. Account credit is a service balance, not a bank deposit.

Automatic top-ups, recurring charges, or stored-payment-method use require the authorization and disclosures required by law. Before enrollment, you must be told the relevant amount or calculation, frequency or trigger, renewal period, and how to cancel. You can withdraw a recurring-payment authorization through the offered cancellation method, subject to charges already lawfully incurred and any continuing service obligation that you separately agreed.

Stopping an automatic payment, canceling a subscription, and releasing a telephone number can have different effects. We explain the applicable process and any remaining obligations. We do not treat deleting an app or eSIM profile as a universal subscription-cancellation method. Inactivity fees, balance expiry, forfeiture, or renewal conditions apply only if lawfully disclosed and accepted; none is created merely by this general paragraph.

17. Changes to services, tariffs, and terms

We give advance notice of a material adverse change to an ongoing service, tariff, renewal condition, or contractual provision, using the notice period required by your agreement and applicable law. Where no different lawful period is specified, our standard contractual notice is at least 30 days. A lawfully required immediate change or an urgent security measure may require a shorter implementation period, with an explanation where permitted.

Where applicable law gives you a right to reject a change, terminate without additional cost, receive a refund, or transfer a number, we honor that right. A general “continued use” statement does not replace a legally required agreement or a protected termination right. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change the price of completed usage or create consent for an unrelated data use.

18. Cancellation, refunds, and consumer withdrawal

The order must state the service period, minimum commitment if any, renewal mechanism, cancellation method, and consequences for numbers, balances, data, and active eSIM packages. You may request cancellation through the account method offered for the product or contact support@wyocs.org. We do not require an unnecessarily burdensome method where the law requires a simpler one.

For business orders, properly disclosed and incurred setup, number activation, consumed usage, and committed service-period charges may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law and the accepted order. We consider unused paid balances, prepaid periods, failed provisioning, and termination caused by our nonperformance under the applicable agreement and law. We do not impose a universal “no refunds” rule through these Terms.

Consumers retain statutory cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction, and refund rights that apply. Where a distance-contract withdrawal period applies, including the usual 14-day period for many EU/EEA and UK consumer service contracts, we provide the required information and a usable withdrawal method. You may send an unequivocal statement identifying the customer, order, contact details, and intention to withdraw to the support email; a particular optional form is not required where the law permits another clear statement.

If you expressly request that a service begin during a withdrawal period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply for service already provided, but only where the statutory conditions and disclosures have been met. Loss of a withdrawal right following full performance requires the conditions the law specifies. Rules for immediate digital-content supply are different and apply only where the product legally qualifies and the required express consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation have been obtained.

Installing or activating an eSIM, assigning a number, pressing a call button, accepting a general privacy policy, or using some data does not by itself establish every condition needed to extinguish a consumer's statutory rights. Payment refunds use an appropriate lawful method, ordinarily the original payment method where practicable and required. We may verify a refund request and address genuine fraud, but do not use verification to frustrate a valid right.

19. Support, maintenance, and service levels

The order identifies support channels, hours, response commitments, maintenance provisions, and any service-level agreement. Unless expressly included, no particular uptime percentage, 24/7 live staffing, maximum repair time, or automatic service credit is promised by these general Terms. A partner's service-level claim does not automatically become our end-to-end guarantee.

We provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance where practicable and take appropriate steps to investigate faults within our responsibility. Customer internet access, power, endpoints, integrations, and destination networks may be outside our direct control, but that does not excuse a duty that applicable law places on us. Any agreed service credit is not an exclusive remedy where mandatory law provides another remedy.

20. Proportionate restrictions and suspension

We may restrict an affected function where reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, verification failure, suspected fraud, unlawful traffic, security risk, a binding legal requirement, or a material breach. We aim to use a proportionate measure and provide notice, reasons, a way to contact us, and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the problem where practicable and legally permitted.

An urgent risk may require immediate action. We review a good-faith challenge and restore service when the relevant grounds have been resolved, subject to lawful partner and regulatory requirements. Suspension does not authorize confiscation of funds, cancellation of a protected portability right, or interruption of a legally protected emergency capability contrary to law. Ongoing fees during a restriction must have a lawful, disclosed contractual basis.

21. Privacy, confidentiality, and customer content

The WyoCS Telecom Privacy Policy describes information handling. It is a transparency notice, not blanket participant consent. The data processing schedule below applies to business processing on your behalf when incorporated into the relevant business order; a separately signed data processing agreement prevails where it differs.

You retain your rights in customer content. You grant the limited rights necessary to transmit, process, store where instructed, and otherwise handle it to deliver the requested service, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not acquire ownership of your recordings, messages, documents, or customer lists through that license.

Each party protects the other's nonpublic information with appropriate care and uses it only for the relationship or another lawful and authorized purpose. Access may be given to personnel and service providers who need it and are subject to appropriate duties. Exceptions include information lawfully public, independently developed, already lawfully known, or received lawfully without a confidentiality restriction. Lawful disclosure may be made where required, with notice where legally permitted.

22. Software, branding, and integration rights

WyoCS and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, interfaces, documentation, designs, and branding. Your subscription grants the limited right to use the ordered functions during the permitted service period. A widget's authorized installation does not grant unrestricted source-code, trademark, sublicensing, or resale rights.

You must have rights to any logo, voice, prompt, recording, document, or other material you supply. Do not remove legally required notices or represent that a customer-developed website is operated by WyoCS unless authorized. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses. Restrictions in these Terms do not override rights that mandatory law or an applicable open-source license grants.

23. Responsibilities, warranties, and business liability

We are responsible for the obligations we undertake and for duties imposed by applicable law. You are responsible for the lawful use and administration of your account and your own communications, content, users, devices, and integration instructions. Neither party may use a general third-party dependency clause to avoid its own mandatory responsibilities.

Subject to mandatory law and an express service commitment, we do not warrant that every destination will be reachable, every number will be accepted by another service, AI output will be accurate, or service will be free of interruption. We do not exclude consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For business customers only, and to the extent the law permits, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business opportunity arising from the service. Each party's aggregate contractual liability for the affected service is limited to the fees paid or payable for that service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless the signed agreement sets a different lawful allocation.

Those business limitations do not limit payment obligations, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited, death or personal injury where protected by law, unauthorized use of the other party's intellectual property, or any liability or remedy that applicable law makes nonexcludable. They do not restrict an individual's statutory data-protection claim or waive mandatory telecommunications or emergency-service duties. For consumers, liability and remedies remain those required by the law applicable to the contract.

24. Third-party claims involving business use

For business customers, you are responsible to the extent a third-party claim results from your unlawful campaign, infringement in content you supplied, or material breach of the acceptable-use obligations. Any contractual duty to reimburse a resulting loss is limited to the extent of your responsibility and applicable law. It does not cover a claim caused by our own breach or unlawful conduct.

The party seeking assistance must give reasonably prompt notice, permit a reasonable defense, cooperate, and not agree to a settlement imposing an admission, payment, or continuing obligation on the other party without appropriate consent. This provision does not impose a consumer indemnity where prohibited or unfair under applicable law.

25. Termination, exports, and transition

Either party may terminate as permitted by the order, these Terms, and applicable law. A remediable material breach should normally be notified with a reasonable opportunity to cure. Serious illegality, a binding regulatory requirement, an unmanageable immediate security risk, or another legally sufficient ground may require faster action.

At termination, service access and number rights may end as lawfully disclosed. Arrange any available number port, export, alternate routing, or eSIM transition before the relevant deadline. We provide required transfer assistance and a reasonable opportunity to obtain available customer data where required by the agreement or law. Export capabilities and retention limits should be confirmed before relying on the service as your sole archive.

We return, delete, restrict, or retain personal information according to the applicable processing agreement and law. Lawfully retained billing, verification, security, or dispute records can remain after service content is deleted. A termination does not cancel accrued lawful charges, an approved refund, a protected transfer right, or provisions intended to continue, such as confidentiality and dispute obligations.

26. Events outside reasonable control

A party is not responsible for a delay caused by an event genuinely outside its reasonable control to the extent the law and contract permit that allocation. It must take reasonable steps to mitigate the effect and inform the other party where practicable. An ordinary preventable failure, an avoidable security lapse, or a lack of required authority is not excused merely by labeling it force majeure. Prolonged disruption remains subject to applicable termination, refund, continuity, and public-safety duties.

27. Complaints, governing law, and protected rights

Send a complaint to support@wyocs.org with the affected service, relevant dates, and the resolution requested. We assess it in good faith and provide the complaint, escalation, regulator, or alternative-dispute-resolution information required for your service. These Terms do not claim membership in a particular dispute scheme that has not been identified for the relevant provider and market.

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, Wyoming law governs the contract to the extent permitted by applicable conflict-of-law and mandatory rules. For business disputes, the parties submit to courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming, subject to any controlling law or signed forum agreement. This clause does not deprive a consumer of the mandatory protections or courts available in the consumer's home jurisdiction, or limit a regulator's authority or a data subject's statutory rights.

There is no compulsory arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, universal shortened limitation period, or waiver of regulatory complaints created by these general Terms.

28. Notices and general provisions

Service notices may be delivered to the account email, through the account, or by another legally appropriate method. Keep contact details current. Where the law requires a durable medium, a specific delivery method, or express agreement, we use the required method rather than relying solely on a website posting.

We may not transfer a consumer contract, materially reduce its protections, or substitute a new contracting entity contrary to applicable law. A lawful corporate transfer remains subject to required notice, permissions, and continuity of obligations. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a permanent waiver. An invalid provision is limited or severed to the extent permitted without defeating mandatory protections.

This version is written in American English. We provide any legally required local-language or precontract information for the particular market. A translation-precedence statement does not override a mandatory language rule or a consumer's right to understand the contract. Questions and notices: support@wyocs.org.

Schedule A. Business customer data processing

A1. Scope and roles. This schedule forms part of a business order that incorporates these Terms where the relevant WyoCS entity processes personal data on the customer's behalf. The customer acts as controller, or as a processor with authority to appoint WyoCS as a further processor. It does not govern activities for which WyoCS or a communications partner independently determines a purpose under applicable law. A separately signed data processing agreement prevails.

A2. Processing description. The subject matter is the ordered communications and related hosted functionality. Processing can include collection, transmission, routing, hosting, storage, retrieval, transcription or other expressly enabled analysis, access administration, export, and deletion. It continues for the service period and the agreed lawful return, deletion, or preservation period. Data subjects may include the customer's staff, authorized users, contacts, callers, message recipients, and visitors. Data types are those necessary for the ordered features, including contact and account identifiers, communications metadata, content intentionally supplied or enabled, and associated technical records. Special-category or similarly regulated data is not an authorized general-purpose use unless specifically agreed with appropriate safeguards.

A3. Documented instructions. WyoCS processes that data on documented lawful instructions in the order, configured features, this schedule, and authorized written directions, including instructions about transfers. The customer is responsible for a lawful basis, notices, permissions, minimization, and its decisions to activate recording, AI, or other content processing. If an instruction appears to infringe applicable data protection law, WyoCS informs the customer unless prohibited and may suspend that instruction while it is resolved. A binding legal requirement may require different processing; WyoCS informs the customer before processing where the law permits.

A4. Personnel and safeguards. WyoCS limits processing access to authorized personnel with appropriate confidentiality duties. It maintains technical and organizational measures appropriate to risk, considering the nature of the service and data. These include relevant access and account-separation controls, protected administration, suitable transport and storage safeguards, logging, incident handling, and procedures supporting retention and deletion. More specific measures, recovery commitments, locations, or certifications apply only if documented for the selected service; none is invented by a general reference to security.

A5. Subprocessing. The business order provides for the subprocessors needed for the selected service. The customer must receive the information and authorization opportunity required by applicable law before processing requiring that authorization begins. Where general written authorization is agreed, WyoCS provides advance notice of an intended addition or replacement and a reasonable opportunity to object on substantiated data-protection grounds, ordinarily at least 30 days where practicable, subject to the agreed arrangement and law. The parties seek a compliant alternative; if none is reasonably available, they address the affected service and any required termination or refund remedy. WyoCS imposes the required equivalent data-protection obligations on a subprocessor and remains responsible to the extent the law requires. Public use of the word “partners” does not replace a legally required subprocessor disclosure.

A6. Assistance and incidents. Taking account of the processing and information available, WyoCS assists with applicable data-subject requests, security duties, breach handling, impact assessments, and regulator consultations. A processor notifies the customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting the instructed processing and provides available information and updates. This does not mean every suspected technical event is a confirmed breach or that a processor has the same notification deadline as a controller. The customer controls its own legally required notifications, subject to any independent duty of WyoCS.

A7. Transfers. The parties complete any required transfer mechanism, annexes, assessments, and supplementary measures before a restricted transfer requiring them. This schedule is not a declaration of data privacy framework certification and is not a substitute for uncompleted standard contractual clauses or another required instrument. The customer must not instruct a location or recipient change that defeats an applicable safeguard.

A8. Return, deletion, and verification. At the end of the relevant processing, WyoCS returns or deletes personal data as the customer lawfully instructs, according to the agreed process, unless applicable law requires retention. Necessary protected recovery copies expire under the relevant cycle and are not used for unrelated business purposes. WyoCS makes available information needed to demonstrate the applicable processing obligations and permits reasonable verification or audits as required by law, subject to proportionate security, confidentiality, access, timing, and other-customer protections. A general charge or notice condition may not obstruct a mandatory audit or data-subject right. Where required, the parties document any additional service-specific processing and safeguards before activation.
